Aldin99 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysia Members

These aldin99 Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the aldin99 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by aldin99. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and aldin99 as the platform operator.

By creating an account on aldin99, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or using any of the gaming services offered, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and all other policies published on the aldin99 platform from time to time.

Aldin99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Aldin99 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in their respective promotion terms.

• A 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500 is available to new members making their first deposit. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• The 8% weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over the previous seven days and is credited every Monday.
• Bonuses may not be converted to cash until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Aldin99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them in cases of system abuse or fraud, including the opening of multiple accounts.

All games on aldin99 must be played in a fair and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using automation software, bots, or any tools that manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion between players in poker or other table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to exploit software bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location or circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across multiple accounts to guarantee profits from bonuses.
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification or provision of false information to aldin99.

Game results recorded by the aldin99 system are final. Any dispute regarding game results must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of the game ending.

An aldin99 account that shows no login activity or transactions for 90 consecutive days will be classified as inactive. The following policy will apply to inactive accounts:

• Aldin99 will send email and SMS notifications to members 14 days before an account is classified as inactive.
• After 90 days of inactivity, a monthly management fee of RM5 will be charged against the existing account balance.
• This fee will continue until the account balance reaches zero or the member reactivates the account by logging in and completing at least one transaction.
• If the account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account will be automatically closed after 365 days of inactivity.
• To reactivate a closed account, members must contact aldin99 customer support for a review.

Aldin99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards aldin99 staff or other members.

Members may request to close their own account at any time by contacting aldin99 customer support. Any valid remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded after deducting any bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements.

Aldin99 takes the protection of our members' personal data seriously. All personal information you provide to aldin99 will be used, stored, and protected in accordance with the aldin99 Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
